Organizacija The Game Awards 2024 službeno je otkrila sve kategorije nominacija za ovogodišnju prestižnu manifestaciju, podijeljene u 25 grupa. Ovog puta nominacije donose zanimljive preokrete i iznenađenja, posebno u najvažnijoj kategoriji – igri godine.

Igra godine: Neočekivani kandidati

Suprotno očekivanjima, među nominovanim igrama ne dominiraju popularni AAA mainstream naslovi. Umjesto toga, pažnju su privukli kreativniji i inovativniji naslovi. Posebno se ističe Black Myth: Wukong, koji sada ima velike šanse da osvoji glavnu nagradu. Ipak, ne treba donositi zaključke prije završne ceremonije, zakazane za 12. decembra, koju će tradicionalno voditi Geoff Keighley.

Najviše nominacija: Playstation u prvom planu

Ove godine igre Astro Bot i Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth vode sa čak sedam nominacija. Ovo je značajan uspjeh za PlayStation franšizu, koja potvrđuje svoj globalni utjecaj i strategiju stvaranja ekskluzivnih hitova. Iza njih slijedi ReFantazio sa šest nominacija, dok su Silent Hill 2 i Balatro osvojili po pet nominacija.

Azijski kontinent u fokusu

Azijski kontinent može biti ponosan na ovogodišnji izbor, s obzirom na to da će PlayStation imati čak 16 svojih igara među nominacijama. Uz to, kompanija Square Enix ističe se s ukupno 12 naslova. Na zapadnjačkoj strani, Xbox se pridružuje utrci s 12 svojih igara.

Uz ovako raznoliku i zanimljivu listu nominacija, The Game Awards 2024 obećava nezaboravnu večer ispunjenu napetošću i slavljem najboljeg iz svijeta videoigara. Ostaje nam da vidimo koji će naslovi odnijeti pobjede u 25 kategorija i koja će igra osvojiti titulu najbolje u godini.
